(Double large bearings + pneumatic cradle + external through wire).
1.APPLICATION:
- Stranding cum laying 7,12 and 19 wire with 100% back twist.
- Encircling roller bearings being permanently lubricated by high pressure oil injection made by acirculating system equipped with an oil pump and oil tank.
- Wire tension control is done through mechanical and hysteresis.
- HMI+PLC control system for pre-setting stranding pitch. twist direction.
- Stranding of Al, Cu, steel wires, steel wire rope.
- Manufacture of OPGW and fibre optic submarine cables.
- Stranding of plastic or rubber insulated conductors.
2. Main Feature
- Tubular type stranding machine works with 100% back twist movement. This machine is suitable for stranding 7/12/19 round or sector shape cable of copper/aluminum conductors as well as for steel wires stranding.
- The machine is made with encircling bearings, it is suitable for high rotation speed and no-noise rotation.
- The wire tension control is done through band type brakes or with Germany hysteresis brakes (Optionally).
- Main rotor of the machine as well as the pulling capstan and the take up unit are independently driven by motor.
- The machine is provided with MMI+PLC control system for pre-setting stranding pitch, wire tension control, automatic tension compensation control and for speed synchronization with the take up unit.
- Each bearing is equipped with pump lubricating circulating system to provide high pressure injection type lubricating and cooling.

4. Electric control system
- Power supply of the machine: three-phase five wire system, 380V ± 10% 50Hz, single-phase control voltage 220V.
- The whole machine linkage mode adopts the field bus control, and the PLC and touch screen are used to uniformly coordinate the operation of each part of the motor.
- Various process parameters can be set, modified and displayed on the touch screen.
- The machine is equipped with the following protection links
- Fault alarm of each speed regulating device;
- Safety protection of protective cover;
- Wire break protection;
- Air pressure undervoltage protection
