4.3.9. Structural form: Flat disc fork rod structure driven by an independent motor, with twisted bodies divided into 6 equal parts,. The twisting cage is supported on the front and rear supports by two sets of double row self-aligning roller bearings, ensuring the axial bearing capacity of the twisting cage.

4.3.13. Braking form: The main cage brake adopts a disc flat air compression brake to reduce the impact of emergency stop inertia on the transmission components. Working principle of whole machine braking: Coordinated by a programmable logic controller (PLC), the variable frequency motor controller, braking resistor, air pressure proportional valve, etc. jointly complete the slow stop, fast stop, emergency stop and other operations of the whole machine.
4.3.14. There are control buttons such as emergency stop, jog, and disconnect control selection at the front end of each section of the cage, and a 220V power socket is provided for easy operation.
4.3.15. The whole machine is operated by a color touch screen on the human-machine interface, and is centrally coordinated and managed by a programmable logic controller (PLC).
4.3.16. Protective cover: It adopts a double-sided wall type safety protection net, which is made of porous plates and square tubes welded together. The protective net can be quickly removed

4.5.5 Double wheels and double active wheels. The motor drives the pinion after decelerating through the reducer with large speed ratio to drive the large gear ring on the two wheels to rotate.

The lifting mechanism can lift and lower left and right simultaneously, or move independently.
