1). Application:
Used in high-speed insulation extrusion for PVC/SR-PVC/HDPE/PP/PU wire and cable.
2). Main specification:
- Concentricity: 93-97% OD tolerance: Solid +/-0.005
- Wire specification: AWG30-AWG24 (0.1mm-1mm)
- Body temperature will be controlled within ±1ºC, working speed: 400-600m/min (depends on wire diameter)
- Extrusion material: HDPE, Foam-PE, PP, PU, PVC, SR-PVC, etc.
