The main stranding cage consists of three discs, a main gearbox, a base, and a filling rope reel.
The main cage is a cone-shaped structure, with the function of a twist-twisted circular wire and a non-retracting twisted fan-shaped wire. The planetary gear set is used to reverse the twist. The machine has an advanced electric non-stop online pre-twist function. In the process of fan-shaped cable forming, each cradle can be adjusted in forward and reverse direction under the running state of the unit, which makes the fan forming process more convenient and efficient.
The cage gearbox is designed to be standard and uses six-speed shifting, forward and reverse. The unit adopts the ground shaft transmission, and the coupling adopts the sprocket coupling.
The cage pay-off frame is a manual clamping, end shaft structure with adjustable mechanical friction tensioning device.
The front support plate of the cage is supported by the supporting wheel, and the position of the tug is adjusted by the screw.
