1600/1+4 Bow Type Stranding Cabling Machine.
1. The cradle is supported by bearings at both ends, and the shaftless manual clamping reel has a mechanical locking mechanism.
2. The take-up tension is controlled by mechanical disc friction and can be adjusted
3.The bow is made of special steel
4. The Strand cage is driven separately and frequency-controlled by a 55kw AC motor.
5. The strand cage uses multi-stage, pneumatic disc brakes.
6.The front end of the main unit is equipped with a filler rack.
7.Closed safety cover: The main safety cover is equipped with push-pull movable doors. Each sliding door is provided with a touch-sensitive protection switch. Only when the sliding door is fully closed can the main unit be started. An acrylic transparent window is attached to each movable door to facilitate observation of equipment operation
8.Illumination: LED lights are installed in each rotating bow to provide illumination during working conditions.
